DEVELOPERS(SECTORS) AND TOURIST PERSPECTIVES
Every developer makes decisions on development for
its own specific role in tourism. Each development
provides for one and only one item of use by the tourist
at one point in time on the entire journey.
Collectively, all these independent decision makers
produce what we now call tourism development
of the supply side.
These are the action groups that facilitate travel by
locating land, building structures, and managing
places and programs. Without them, tourism
would not function.
